Nadin Rescke and Oda Projesi will start a project based on imitating a language course in Berlin,  where the participants can change roles by being a teacher or a student at the same time. The teachers are not necessarily language teachers; the grocery in the corner, the neighbour next door can be the teacher of their own daily language. We believe that the third languages as a mixture of different languages can be considered as a "real language" unlike the rejection of the hybrid languages created with the alliances of different cultures/contexts. The language course will be realized in Ballhaus, Kreuzberg, starting from 21st of October but the first phase of the project will take place in Istanbul Offspaces exhibition in Kunstraum in July, 2009. To be continued when the details are more clear...
